Insia is passionate about youth voice, youth leadership and engaging younger workforces. She's been actively working to support young people since leaving university, where she volunteered and campaigned for youth voice in education. In her career since, she has worked in very challenging situations with young people involved in gangs, helping them change mindsets and explore alternative ways to help them resolve challenge and conflict that they are faced with.
She has worked with public sector organisations, including the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, to design and deliver training and advise on authentic youth voice and leadership. Her experience across the corporate, not-for-profit and educational sectors gives her a deep insight into the diverse challenges that different settings and groups present, including cultural differences and community challenges. In the corporate sector, she has supported businesses to engage and empower young workforces with consultancy and training.
